GJ201  Rhythm Guitar Level One
You can play a little bit now... Especially if you've completed "GJ101 The 6 Week Rock Guitar Crash Course," you know some chords--or atleast you know where to put your fingers to make some chords--even if you don't know the names of all of them... but you struggle to really play with a solid sense of rhythm... for example moving from 3/4 to 4/4 to 6/8 time, or playing a chord progression that goes, "C#, A, Fmin G" sounds like a foreign language!  I.e. you can play a little bit... but you desire to get to the place that you can really play "music."  THIS COURSE is EXACTLY what you need!  Listen, I get it!  I've been there.  I've worked with tons of students over the years and helped them master this level of guitar playing--and HAVE FUN doing it!  A lot of careful planning went into the development of this course...  These lessons are designed specifically to help you get from where you are now (described above) to a place of playing some nice rythm guitar!

You will learn...
CHORDS: Major/Minor, 7th, 9th and more!  And as you learn all of them--you will learn how to play MUSIC with them.
RHYTHM:  Each lesson will come complete with several exercises that will challenge you to master different picking and strumming techniques and patterns.  You learn single string melodies, muting, stacatto pricking patterns, several strumming patterns and more!.
Lesson One: Major Chords-- You'll master all seven of them in this lesson, and you'll be challenged with several musical exercises that will teach you to USE these chords in lots of different & extremely practical, musical ways-
Lesson Two: Minor Chords-- following the pattern of Lesson One, You'll master all  the essential MINOR CHORDS in this lesson, and I'll walk you through several musical exercises that will get  you using these chords in lots of fun and really musical ways-
Lesson Three:  Bar Chords are a guitarist's best friend---you learn ONE CHORD SHAPE--and instantly you know a truck load of chords--very cool...  I teach you 6 bar chord shapes in this lesson--opening up 72 chords!   And I'll get you playing all of them with fun musical exercises.
Lesson Four:   Seventh and Ninth Chords are sweet chords--they have a very cool vibe that is very soulful... Every guitarist needs to have these chords in their back pocket--ready to pull out and use at a moment's notice--you'll learn 'em all in this lesson!  And of course--I'll load you up with fun, and really helpful musical exercises that will help you get acquainted with playing these chords.
Lesson Five: Two Classic Hard Rock Riffs--Crazy Train (Ozzy), Smoke on the Water (Deep Purple).
Which lesson plan would you like?  You have two options...
