Guitar Jams Guitar Lesson Fees and Policies

LESSONS
Whether you take hour, half-hour or group lessons with me, you will come to my home studio each week at a set time for your lesson.

MATERIALS
You will need a guitar (acoustic or electric), a pick and a computer with some kind of Internet access. I will provide everything else. At the end of each lesson-I will email your lesson materials to you--complete with any written instruction, charts, tabs, audio files, etc. that you need.

PAYMENT & RICES
Lessons are paid for by the week (per lesson). Payment is received at the end of each lesson.

Half-Hour Lessons: $15
Group Lessons (2-4 students): $12

I receive payment via cash or check. If you pay by check, please understand that you are responsible for any fees that may result from bounced checks, etc.

MISSED LESSONS
If you are going to miss a scheduled guitar lesson, please let me know as early as possible. If I don't hear from you---I will try to contact you. If missing lessons without notice becomes a habit, I will have to open your lesson time up to a new student.

MAKE UP LESSONS
I can't do make up lessons -- sorry.

HOLIDAYS, SNOW DAYS, SICK DAYS & MY VACATION

HOLIDAYS:
Christmas / New Years: The studio will always be closed Dec. 24 through Jan. 1..

July 4th: The studio will be closed (no lessons on this day).

Thanksgiving Weekend: The studio will always be closed Thanksgiving Day through the weekend.

The studio will be open for lessons on all other holidays.

SNOW DAYS:
I will follow the local schools. If school is in session (even if there is a delay in the morning) the studio will be open for lessons. Of course, if the roads are bad and you don't feel safe driving--just call and let me know.

SICK DAYS:
If I am unable to teach due to illness I will contact you as early as possible.

MY VACATION:
I will always let you know in advance anytime that I will be on vacation. Whenever possible I will try to give you an alternate lesson time.

TERMINATING GUITAR LESSONS
If you decide at some point to discontinue your lessons, please let me know as early as possible. A month's notice would be best.

A FINAL THOUGHT:
