If you're willing to give away a free song, here is an excellent approach for promoting your music. Find some other good musicians and ask them to give away one free download with about 10 to 20 other musicians. To get started, draft an email explaining to other musicians what you are going to do, and if they would like to participate, outline what they would have to do.
